EmsCad is the software system to optimize aluminium profiles drawing and automatically creates the control program.

The system integrates Autocad® environment with measurement with no contact systems: the target is the optimization of dimensional check management using all the information already input and available on Cad environment avoiding any re-input of the dimensions to check on Reference Editor system installed on-board allowing the quality office to focus on the “smart” jobs eliminating the manual phase of dimensions re-input; one more target of the system is the optimization of the working flow of technical and quality offices thanks to the sharing of the same file and the elimination of any hard-copy documentation.

The system increases Autocad® features with menus and automatic procedures in order to speed up profiles design. EMSCad increases technical offices productivity, from 300 up to 600 annual hours per press; it upgrades automatically Extrusion Management System tables and, potentially, any other system ones (draws and technical data).
